In case of the products of provided by BricksRequest.com, the order will be shipped within 24 hours of the weekday. However, if the custom order, you should give the images of the desired ones together with the internet search results to shorten the time for order production. Unless special parts are required, production usually takes less than 28 hours. Once production is complete, we will contact you by email at the time of ordering and will contact you once delivery begins.

Delivery will be by USPS normally. The delivery time is determined by the US Postal Service and can be viewed by the USPS (https://www.usps.com). If the delivery distance is far, it may be delayed, like Military units, Hawaii, Alaska, etc. and shipping may take a little longer when orders from outside the US, In special cases, we deliver to other FEDEX, UPS, etc. When you start delivering, we will let you know the shipping inquiry.
